Seeking Letters of Intent for Service Contracts of Evidence-Based Programs

The Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 (AAA) seeks Letters of Intent from service providers who are interested in receiving a service contract for fiscal year 2025 ending Sept. 30, 2025, through a competitive Request for Proposal process to provide specified services under the following programs.

• Older Americans Act Title III-D Evidence-Based Programs

See links below to obtain the Letter of Intent (LOI) form, and the National Council on Aging approved evidence-based programs list. Complete all the information requested on the LOI. LOIs must be submitted electronically and received no later than February 7, 2025 by 11:59 pm. Late LOIs will not be accepted if received after that date and time.

Agencies who submit the LOI by the due date will receive a link for an informational session to be held via Zoom at 1:30pm Friday, Feb. 14, to review the proposal packet and answer any questions. Attendance at the informational session is not required.

Important: Application forms will be sent electronically only to agencies who submit an LOI by requested due date of February 7, 2025.

Proposals must then be submitted electronically per provided instructions and received no later than Friday, March 10, 2025 by 11:59 pm. Late proposals will not be accepted if received after that date and time.
